Everyone at the office is like family, Dr. Kaplan, Sharon and June. I really like that energy and you don't find that often. We did come off on the wrong foot in the beginning but at the end, I was really happy with how the whole office went above and beyond for me. Dr. Kaplan has great sense of humor (as well as the rest of the office!) that put me at ease. I came in for a Crown Lengthening so that I have more room to put a tooth for my root canal in and he did a very good job and put me at ease when I was extremely nervous. I just got the tooth put in (finally) and everything is perfect. Thank you!

Dr.Kaplan is the expert at his field. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Sharon and Jain in the office are great and are very responsible. My entire family has been coming to Dr. Kaplan for years. He has been our dental expert for years. I strongly recommend this office.

Today was my first visit to Dr. Daniel Kaplan's office, and I was impressed by his skills as a periodontist and his friendly demeanor. Sharon, the office manager, was very welcoming and helpful, guiding me through the paperwork and insurance process with precision. Jane, the assistant, provided excellent care.I feel like I’m in good hands and grateful to the entire team at Dr. Kaplan’s office.

I want to start by saying that I never take the time to write a review however, I could not in good conscience stay silent about this practice. This dental practice is extremely unprofessional. You will be waiting several minutes of being placed on hold before you get in contact with the receptionist. This happens every single time. Trying to make an appointment is dreadful, to say the least. This was a sign I should have heeded. I have only been there for a consultation and got to witness firsthand how they scam patients into writing 5-star reviews. The persistence in this is disconcerting. Dr. Kaplan prescribed me antibiotics and even my dentist questioned why they were prescribed and advised me to stop taking them right away as they were not helpful. I was looking at the reviews from his Manhattan office and was blown away by the response(s) to the poor reviews. Anyway, please make an informed decision before choosing this practice.

Dr. Daniel Kaplan provides excellent service. I was very happy leaving the office today. Sharon the office manager made the process extremely easy. She is great and very nice! Jane the assistant also took very good care of us while we waited. Thank you for the amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone who needs a periodontic.
